Privacy policy
In short: we collect only what we need to book your tour, take payment and stay in touch about your booking. We never sell your personal data.
Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you agree to them, and you can change your choice at any time.

2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Billing details you enter at checkout: first and last name, address, city, postcode, state or region, country, email address and phone number. These details are passed directly to our secure payment page (payment.danubelandmark.com) so you don't need to type them again. This website itself does not save them.
- Messages you send us by email, phone, chat or messaging apps.
Order record
When you continue to payment, our server keeps a short record of the order: the order number, tour date and time, ticket types and quantities, price category and amount. This record contains no name or contact details. We use it, together with the payment record, to obtain and deliver your tickets.
Payment data
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, your billing details and limited card details such as the card type and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site working.
- If you accept analytics or advertising cookies: how you use the site and whether you arrived from an ad (see section 4).
